Easy Payment Options
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and convenience store payment.
Credit card payments are free of charge, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB are accepted.Bank transfers are processed through a payment agency. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Convenience store payment is available at Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, and Seicomart.
Please note that convenience store payments incur a ¥190 handling fee.
Payment slip numbers or payment reception numbers become invalid two weeks after order completion.
Payments exceeding ¥300,000 cannot be accepted.

How to Place an Order
Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page to add an item to your cart.
・To continue shopping ➡ Click “Continue Shopping” to return to the product page.
・To proceed with checkout ➡ Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue to payment.
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve the product.
Products are secured only after checkout is completed.
Please review the contents of your cart carefully.
・To cancel an item, change the quantity or click remove.
Order details can be confirmed through the automatic confirmation email and from your My Page.

If You Do Not Receive an Order Confirmation Email

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or order modifications after an order has been placed. Please confirm your order details carefully before checkout.
Products will only be exchanged in the case of incorrect delivery, damage, or defects.
Please note that refunds and returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
Shipping is free for orders over ¥15,000 (excluding tax).
※ Shipments are handled by Yamato Transport.
※ Orders under ¥15,000 (excluding tax) will incur shipping fees.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
※ Excluding certain regions, weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays.
※ Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Changing the Delivery Address
If the purchaser’s address differs from the delivery address, both addresses may be specified.
Please note that changes cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.
Payment Methods
Please choose from “Credit Card,” “Convenience Store Payment,” or “Bank Transfer.”
Due to personal information protection policies, payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed.
If you wish to change the payment method, please cancel your order and place a new order.

The date shipment processing is completed will be considered the “credit card usage date.”
Therefore, the order date and the credit card usage date may differ.

Receipts and Invoices
A packing slip is included with all shipments.
Customers requiring a receipt may download it from the URL included in the shipping confirmation email.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping with ribbon is available upon request.
Packing slips are automatically included with all purchases. If you do not require a packing slip, please write “No Packing Slip Required” in the message or remarks field.
